I am amazed with this product. It smells wonderful and is one of the only products with scent that has left my sensitive skin feeling soft instead of in a rash. It also is incredibly helpful for my nausea. I just rub some on my chest and neck then right under my nose whenever I need a strong aroma to offset the imbalance in my body.
